阳大海,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。华东理工大学和美国密歇根大学联合培养博士、荣誉毕业生。2015年毕业后留校任教,2018年晋升副教授,现为生物反应器工程国家重点实验室固定成员。先后入选中国科协 “青年人才托举工程、上海市浦江人才计划晨光计划、华东理工大学青年英才培育计划,主持国家自然科学基金、上海市“科技创新行动计划”面上项目,参与2项国家重点研发计划。以第一/通讯作者在ImmunityNature CommunicationsCell ReportsPLoS PathogensThe Journal of ImmunologyCellular Microbiology等领域内高水平SCI期刊发表研究论文10余篇,以共同作者在NatureCellCell Host & Microbe等期刊发表论文20余篇,被SCI刊源引用960余次。担任Microbial Cell杂志学术编委,中国水产学会鱼病专业委员会、中国微生物学会、中国免疫学会会员;先后在中国免疫学学术大会、中国微生物学会学术年会、中国水产学会鱼病专业研讨会、斑马鱼PI大会、国际斑马鱼大会、世界水产大会(AQUA)以及Zebrafish Diseases Models Conference等国内外专业领域学术会议做口头报告20余次;获中国微生物学会优秀学术交流奖、华东理工大学首届优秀研究生兼职辅导员、华东理工大学第三届校园新星——科研新星等光荣称号。

 

研究方向:

(1) 宿主先天免疫应答信号通路:依托细胞生物学、分子生物学、免疫学研究平台,以模式动物斑马鱼和水产养殖鱼类为研究对象,采用单细胞测序技术、反向遗传操作等手段,研究鱼类先天免疫应答分子演化规律,探索其激活效应机制;

(2) 病原微生物感染分子机制:通过病原-宿主感染互作模型,研究病原细菌操控宿主先天免疫应答策略,解析病原细菌感染致病分子机制;

(3) 水产免疫防治产品开发:依托模式动物斑马鱼和水产养殖鱼类筛选平台,开展抗感染药物和水产免疫增强剂等免疫防控产品的开发。
